Syracuse-Pitt isn't much of a rivalry

Both have had better rivalries with WVU and Penn State over the years. And Syracuse-BC (and even Rutgers) has been a bigger deal that Cuse-Pitt. Then, Pitt has had Notre Dame.

For whatever reason, Pitt and Syracuse have rarely had good teams at the same time.
